Extra Virgin Coconut Oil (EVCO)
Our Extra Virgin Coconut Oil is produced using a cold-press, centrifuge extraction method. By strictly avoiding heat treatment and chemical refining, we preserve the lauric acid content, natural antioxidants, and the distinct, sweet aroma of fresh Puerto Rican coconuts.

- Nutraceuticals: Dietary supplements leveraging natural MCTs.
The Cold-Press Advantage
Many commercial coconut oils are "RBD" (Refined, Bleached, Deodorized). While RBD oil is cheaper and flavorless, it lacks the nutritional benefits and aromatic qualities of virgin oil. We start with fresh, mature coconut meat (similar to the base for our coconut milk), dry it rapidly at low temperatures (unlike standard desiccated coconut which may see higher heat), and press it mechanically.
Melting Point Indicator
Coconut oil solidifies at cooler temperatures. Use this tool to check state.
