Product & Manufacturing

Can I get a custom fat percentage for coconut milk?

Yes. While our standard industrial coconut milk is offered at 17% and 24% fat, we can standardize batches to any percentage between 10% and 30% for orders exceeding 5,000 Liters. Contact technical sales to discuss custom homogenization parameters.

Do you pasteurize your coconut water?

Our bulk coconut water is micro-filtered and shipped frozen (unpasteurized) as standard to preserve maximum flavor for beverage manufacturers who will pasteurize the final mixed product. However, we offer HTST (High Temperature Short Time) flash pasteurization and aseptic packaging upon request.

Is your desiccated coconut sweetened?

No. We strictly produce unsweetened desiccated coconut. Sweetening is typically done downstream by the bakery or confectionery manufacturer. We offer it in both fine and medium shreds.

What is the difference between your oil and RBD oil?

We only produce Extra Virgin Coconut Oil (EVCO) via cold-pressing and centrifugation. We do not Refine, Bleach, or Deodorize (RBD) our oil. Our EVCO retains the natural coconut aroma and flavor, making it suitable for premium culinary and cosmetic applications.

Logistics & Purchasing

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQs depend on the product format. Generally, it is one pallet or one IBC Tote. For example, 1,000 Liters for water, or 500 KG for desiccated meat. See our wholesale page for specific minimums.

Do shipments from Puerto Rico require customs clearance to the US?

No. Puerto Rico is a US territory. Shipping to the mainland United States is considered domestic freight. This avoids the customs delays, tariffs, and FDA import holds common when sourcing from Southeast Asia. Read more on our logistics page.

How do you ensure ethical sourcing?

We operate entirely within Puerto Rico, contracting directly with over 40 local farms. We do not use commodity brokers. Because we operate under US jurisdiction, all labor is protected by US federal labor laws. We detail this on our sustainability page.
